By using the services of Hazra Electric Works, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all clients, visitors and users of our services.

Hazra Electric Works provides electrical contracting and related services. All services are provided subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion. Service scope, timeline and cost will be mutually agreed upon before commencement.

Quotations provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change due to material costs, scope changes or site conditions. Any variations to the original scope will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement. We typically require an advance payment before project commencement. Final payment is due upon project completion. Late payments may attract interest charges as per mutual agreement.

We provide workmanship warranty on our installations as per the agreed service contract. Warranty covers defects in installation but excludes damage caused by misuse, external factors or unauthorized modifications. Material warranties are subject to manufacturer terms.

All work is carried out in accordance with Indian Electrical Safety Standards and applicable local regulations. Clients are responsible for providing safe access to work areas and informing us of any site-specific hazards.

Hazra Electric Works will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the value of the specific service contract. We are not responsible for pre-existing electrical faults not identified in our scope of work.

Any disputes arising from our services will first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Howrah, West Bengal, India.

Hazra Electric Works reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
